Each year, the Madison Beach and Recreation Department and the Bauer Park Advisory Committee showcase Bauer Park by hosting a fall Harvest Festival, an event which has become a beloved community tradition. This year’s festival will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The festival not only highlights the natural resources of Bauer Park, it offers—free of charge—fun cultural and environmental experiences for Madison residents of all ages. Traditional music, a hay maze, scarecrow building, live animals, hay and pony rides and an array of interactive exhibits are just a few of the great activities offered. Attendance has grown into the thousands since the event was first held over 21 years ago!
