It’s time to take it to the high seas. Start by exploring the historic Mystic Seaport Museum, enjoy lunch with views of Mystic Harbor, then get out on the water yourself and reward your self with award-winning sweets.

Mystic Seaport Museum is the nation’s leading maritime museum and home to the last wooden whaleship in the world, the Charles W. Morgan.
In person, you can climb aboard ships, explore our 1870s seafaring village, enjoy kids’ activities, get out on the water, discover exhibits and more.

Lunch at Red 36
RED 36 is located directly on the water in historical downtown Mystic. In the summer enjoy outdoor dining with views of the seaport. In the winter, the roaring fireplace and the intimate indoor dining and bar area create a cozy atmosphere like a waterfront ski lodge.
